Groves Artists take on British baritone, Gareth Brynmor John

Groves Artists are delighted to confirm that they have taken on the general management of the wonderful young British baritone, Gareth Brynmor John.

Gareth won the renowned Kathleen Ferrier Award in 2013 and has recently finished a year’s study at the National Opera Studio in London. Recent engagements have included Opera Scenes directed by Graham Vick at the National Opera Studio, Palante / Agrippina for Iford Arts and Sharpless for Bury Court Opera as well for many concert engagements including performances of the Brahms Requiem, St Matthew Passion, Fauré Requiem, Carmina Burana as well as recitals at the Oxford Lieder and Buxton Festivals.

Future engagements include performances of Messiah for the Odense Symfonieorkester, Schaunard for Welsh National Opera, Brahms Requiem at the Royal Festival Hall and a recital at the Ludlow Weekend of Song with Iain Burnside. For more information please contact Helen Hogh
