Sir Mark Elder Conducts Wozzeck at the ROH

Sir Mark Elder will conduct the Royal Opera’s revival of Berg’s Wozzeck which opens at the ROH on Oct 31, with performances running until November 15. The production features Simon Keenlyside in the title role and Karita Mattila as Marie. Following the Wozzeck run, Sir Mark will return to Manchester to celebrate the Verdi centenary with the Hallé in Bridgewater Hall on Sunday November 24 in a programme consisting of Act 1 of Simon Boccanegra, Act 2 of Falstaff and Act 3 of Otello.
