Rachel Nicholls to sing Isolde in Rome

Rachel Nicholls will sing the role of Isolde at the Rome Opera in November/December, conducted by Daniele Gatti. Looking ahead to the new year, Rachel will give the world premiere of a work written especially for her by Nicola LeFanu with the BBC Symphony Orchestra in the Barbican on February 17^th, conducted by Ilan Volkov, and in June/July she will sing Sieglinde for Grange Park Opera.
