Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra debut for Ryan Wigglesworth as conductor and composer
24.10.16Ryan Wigglesworth is writing a newly commissioned work for the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra which he will conduct himself in May 2017 in a programme also featuring works by Britten, Elgar and Knussen. The concerts in Amsterdam will follow the world premiere of Ryan’s opera The Winter’s Tale which he will conduct at ENO in February/March, directed by Rory Kenner.
