Orquesta Sinfonica de Castilla y Leon announce their 25th anniversary season
31.05.16The OSCyL, based at the magnificent Auditorio Miguel Delibes in Valladolid, has announced its 2016/17 season. This marks the orchestra’s 25th anniversary and will be the first full season for Andrew Gourlay, who became Music Director in January this year.
Andrew Gourlay will conduct seven subscription weeks with repertoire including Mahler 10 and, to close the season, Beethoven 9. Guest conductors include Jesús López Cobos, Jukka-Pekka Saraste, Wayne Marshall and Eliahu Inbal and soloists include Isabelle Faust, Vilde Frang, Fazil Say and Jean-Efflam Bavouzet.
